Dr Methuselah Jeremiah holds a PhD in Theatre Arts.

He is a lecturer in the Department of English and Drama, Kaduna State University, Kaduna-Nigeria. Apart from documenting aspects of Akurmi history and culture in The Akurmi People of Central Nigeria: Their Heritage and Hope, a book he co-edited with Elisha Madaki and Snapshots of the Female Ethos: Essays on Women in Drama and Culture in Africa, a book he co-edited with Professor Mabel Evwhierhoma, Jeremiah has also published book chapters and journal articles both locally and internationally.

His area of research includes gender studies in drama, culture and development with special emphasis on women.
